Queens Park Rangers become the first client to implement a newly produced app specifically designed to enhance supporter engagement.

The app offered the opportunity for a creative approach to season ticket renewal and a PURLs campaign featured a fully-branded, interactive and personalised supporter journey. This included a ’My journey’ feature which reflected each individual fan’s supporting history utilising segmented facts and figures held on the club’s managed database.

‘My Moments’ offered fans the chance to select their favourite action from the past and share it with their peers while a further option allowed supporters to build a suite of favourite players via a sticker app which could be shared on social media channels.
