In 2016 the company managed over 15 M direct supporter relationships on behalf of over 70 clubs in Europe.
Lyndcroft have a long standing working relationship with Sports Alliance which started in 2003. As a company with sports-based clients across all major sports, including many Premier League football and rugby clubs, Sports Alliance engages the full range of Lyndcroft’s expertise in both marketing and P.R.
Lyndcroft promotes Sports Alliance’s own activities and services for general visibility and growth and supplements the company’s direct activities with its clients as an outsourced provider.
From a marketing perspective, Lyndcroft undertakes CRM activity, personalised web design and supports professional clubs across the country with outbound content distribution, including personalised communications.
Lyndcroft coordinate the annual Sports Alliance ‘User Day’ which brings together the companies clients to discuss ‘Digital CRM Success’. Over 100 individual clients, partners and ‘friends’ attended the 2016 event at London Stadium, home of client West Ham United.
In P.R. terms, Lyndcroft has undertaken a programme of developed visibility. This has included a structured series of informative, data-focused features within the pages of FC Business magazine for each of the last three years as well as supporting collateral across industry-focused social media.
Much of the content is created for the company’s Managing Director Anthony Khan. Anthony’s obvious expertise, coupled with Lyndcroft’s delivery of content, means Anthony is now regarded as an industry ‘commentator’ for specialist media outlets.
