When Lyndcroft was founded, the company became the prime provider of the B2B PR services that were previously the exclusive province of Lyndcroft’s joint-founder, Phil Mepham. Working closely with Kitbag CEO Andy Anson, the remit was to promote corporate delivery and the strength of the company’s business partnerships.
In February, 2016, U.S. giant Fanatics acquired Kitbag with Mr. Anson becoming President of the newly created Fanatics International. The association which began in 2011, extended into continued support for the new ownership with ongoing responsibility to the Manchester headquarters in the U.K.
Delivering to over 100 countries and running stores in over 70 languages, the international arm of the company takes Fanatics Inc. across the world. Lyndcroft now works across several departments of Fanatics’ UK operation and in association with the company’s PR operation on the USA’s east coast in New York.
Communications support is based around consumer and sports business visibility. This includes the development of relationships on a local and regional level and with international stakeholders reflect Fanatics’ many e-commerce, multi-channel and event retail partnerships.
